President Reagan's life and legacy looms large. Our 40`h President died on Saturday, June 6, after a 10-year battle with Alzheimer's disease. His pro-life position was a consistent "no exceptions" position. if somewhat measured in the media. However it may well be that Reagan's pro-life legacy will be defined b. his and his family's decision to live out his life to natural death despite a decade battling the devastating disease. How will this decision affect the stem cell debate? His own words are no more, but talking heads are already speculating on the role Nancy Reagan will now play in pushing for expanded embryonic experiments - ignoring adult stem cell successes - in search of a cure.
