It offers a wide variety of sports and activities for both children and adults. The facilities include and indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna, locker rooms and an art center. Members participate in programs, which include sports, arts and crafts and health education classes. There is a membership fee for use of the facilities and a small fee for instructional programs.

A full service hospital, including an Emergency Room for medical/surgical illnesses and emergencies. Bilingual personnel are available for translation. The Hospital has a Prenatal Clinic with bilingual staff, providing complete care for pregnant women without insurance. A monthly support group, "Latina Mother's Network" is available. The Maternal Child Health Service provides a warm, modern environment which includes private birthing rooms, 24 hour anesthesia availability, a Special Care Nursery for ill and premature newborns, Lactation Specialist, all provided by a caring experienced medical and nursing staff. The Pediatric service is managed by specialized Pediatricians called Pediatric Hospitalists. The Pediatric Hospitalists provides, through specialized care of children in the Emergency Room and hospitalized children working closely with families. The Family Health Practice continues a broad spectrum of outpatient services for patients of all ages.
