The 12 Bedford Central School District teachers who are retiring at the end of this semester are:

Mary Fedigan, a social studies teacher for 37 years in the district, currently at Fox Lane Middle School.

Richard Langeloh, who has taught physical education for 32 years in the district, now at Fox Lane Middle School.

Mona Aronstam, an elementary school and consulting teacher at West Patent Elementary for 24 1/2 years, with a total of 31 years in the district.

Bobbi Marks, school counselor at Fox Lane Middle School for the last 14 years, with 32 years in the profession.

Fintan Powers, foreign language teacher at Fox Lane Middle School with 33 years in the district and a total of 37 years in the profession.

Marylin Leslie, a music teacher for 23 years at Bedford Hills Elementary School and Bedford Village Elementary School and 33 years in the profession.

Stanley Karasick, a music teacher who taught for 27 years at West Patent Elementary School and

Pound Ridge Elementary School and has 31 years in the profession.

Barbara Gurney, elementary school teacher at West Patent Elementary School for 15 years, with 19 years in the profession.

Alison Aronson, a science teacher assigned to Fox Lane Middle School.

Ana Hedberg, a school psychologist assigned to Mount Kisco Elementary School.

Denise Milmerstadt, a mathematics teacher assigned to Fox Lane High School.

Tamara Douglas, an elementary school teacher at Mount Kisco Elementary School.
